PROFESSIONAL:
Sean is an experienced litigator with experience bringing and defending claims and lawsuits in Colorado. Sean is licensed to practice law in Colorado (state and federal court), and has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a number of different contexts, including personal injury, insurance disputes, construction defect, and commercial law. In addition to his litigation experience, Sean also highly knowledgable in environmental law, international law, and corporate social responsibility.
Sean received his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2004 and graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2009. While attending the University of Denver, Sean was the Managing Editor of the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy and published an article on international climate treaty negotiations that won him a scholarship to attend the prestigious Hague Academy of International Law in the Hague, Netherlands.
Sean is the author of two chapters in a highly regarded legal treatise - The Law of Transnational Business Transactions. One of these chapters addresses corporate social responsibility and the other addresses foreign direct investment in a global context.
Sean currently serves as a board member of The Ved Nanda Centre for International and Comparative Law. He is passionate about using his background and ideas to help individuals and small businesses efficiently solve their legal problems.

Sean was born in South Africa and raised in South Africa until he was 20 years old. experienced a unique childhood that included living on a private game reserve and enjoying a lion cub as a pet for and grew up in South Africa before emigrating to the United States to
